Dr Suneet Gupta was a Short Service Medical Officer in the Indian Air Force for five years, followed by seven years experience as an Intellectual Property Advisor and Management Consultant for Indian and US clients on Patent and Trademark laws and other Corporate Legal and Regulatory issues.

He practices in the fields of Corporate Law, Criminal and Medico-legal Law, Intellectual Property, as well as general Civil Law, and is a specialist in all types of drafting including Writ Petitions, Plaints, Pleadings, and Arguments.
